Your response prompts me to add the following: I have been shipping cars between various locations around the world for almost forty years, during which time I have dealt with countless shippers and brokers. However, I have never dealt with any firm as professional as ASTRA INTERNATIONAL MOVING & SHIPPING INC., nor received such a high level of customer service as that which I have received from you and Gabryelle. For example, given the level of professionalism you both show, it may be difficult for you to understand how hard it sometimes is to get a shipper/broker to ANSWER a question, hence my appreciation for ASTRA's service! Sadly, it seems that much of the shipping industry is so focused on the challenges of shipping that the needs of the customer - the end user - gets forgotten.

Please feel free to share this compliment with your colleagues and management as it is well-deserved.
